Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Technical Communications, Linguistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Professional fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese with a focus on technical terminology.
- Five or more years of experience in technical writing or complex localization projects.
- Proficiency in documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or Oxygen XML Editor.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and structured authoring environments like DITA.
- Demonstrated ability to translate highly abstract technical concepts into clear instructions.
