Responsibilities

- Manage high-stakes contract renewals and negotiations alongside account executives.
Qualifications
- At least seven years of experience in customer success, account management, or management consulting.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar books of business within the SaaS industry.
- Strong proficiency in customer relationship management software and data visualization tools.
- Bachelor degree in business, communications, or a related field of study.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting to executive leadership teams.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex contracts and service level agreements.
