- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all EDI processes, mapping specifications, and trading partner agreements.
- Collaborate with software developers and database administrators to ensure seamless data flow between the EDI translator and the ERP system.
- Evaluate and upgrade EDI software and communication protocols to maintain compliance with evolving industry standards.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders to align technical specifications and resolve cross-organizational data discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience with EDI standards such as ANSI X12, EDIFACT, or HL7 is essential.
- Proficiency in using specialized EDI translation software and enterprise resource planning systems is required.
- A Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related business field serves as the standard educational foundation.
- Strong knowledge of communication protocols including AS2, SFTP, and HTTPS is necessary for managing data transfers.
- Professional experience in technical mapping and data transformation is required for mid-to-senior level roles.
