responsibilities
Perform comprehensive physical inspections of SCIF perimeters to verify compliance with ICD 705 standards.
Review and approve site security plans and construction folders for new or modified secure facilities.
Conduct technical surveillance counter-measures and acoustic testing to identify potential vulnerabilities.
Evaluate electronic access control systems and intrusion detection hardware for operational reliability.
Audit administrative security procedures including visitor logs, clearance verification processes, and media handling.
Interview Facility Security Officers to ensure local personnel are adhering to mandated security education and awareness programs.
Draft detailed accreditation memoranda and deficiency reports for review by authorizing officials.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance with a polygraph.
- In-depth knowledge of Intelligence Community Directive 705 (ICD 705) and related technical specifications.
- Professional certification as a Physical Security Professional (PSP) or an equivalent government-issued accreditation.
- Extensive experience in facility security management or federal security auditing.
- Proficiency in reading architectural blueprints and electrical diagrams for secure facility construction.
Nice to have
- Advanced certification in Technical Surveillance Counter-Measures (TSCM).
- Experience with the TEMPEST program and RF shielding technologies.
- A degree in Security Management, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.
