Responsibilities
- Design and maintain the integrated technology stack across sales, marketing, and customer success teams.

- Establish standardized processes for lead management, deal execution, and customer handoffs.
- Lead the annual and quarterly revenue forecasting processes for the executive leadership team.
- Implement and manage incentive compensation plans for all revenue-generating departments.
- Identify operational bottlenecks through data analysis and propose structural improvements.
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication to ensure alignment on corporate growth targets.
Qualifications
- Seven or more years of experience in sales operations, marketing operations, or business analytics.
- Expert-level proficiency in managing Customer Relationship Management platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Strong foundational knowledge in data analysis and statistical modeling for business forecasting.
- Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional projects across multiple internal stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL or similar data manipulation languages for reporting purposes.
