Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate administration or escrow coordination within a professional brokerage.
- Extensive knowledge of local and state-specific real estate contracts and disclosure requirements.
- Proficiency in digital transaction management platforms such as DocuSign, SkySlope, or dotloop.
- Strong technical aptitude for managing remote communication tools and cloud-based file systems.
- A valid state real estate license is often mandatory for compliance auditing roles.
