- Troubleshoot complex enrollment failures and hardware-level issues for remote employees.
- Maintain documentation for standard operating procedures regarding device setup and recovery.
Qualifications
- Professional experience managing enterprise device fleets using Mobile Device Management software.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, or Python for system automation.
- Deep understanding of macOS, Windows, or ChromeOS deployment frameworks.
- Knowledge of identity providers and single sign-on integrations like Okta or Azure AD.
- Experience with zero-touch provisioning technologies such as Apple Business Manager or Windows Autopilot.
