Responsibilities

- Prepare formal closing instructions and coordinate with title companies or legal representatives.
- Update internal loan origination systems with real-time status tracking for management review.
- Audit final loan packages for compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and other federal lending laws.
Qualifications
- A minimum of three to five years of experience in commercial loan processing or credit administration.
- Expert proficiency in common loan origination systems such as Encompass, LaserPro, or nCino.
- Comprehensive knowledge of commercial lending regulations including HMDA and Regulation B.
- Strong analytical skills for reviewing complex corporate tax returns and financial statements.
- High school diploma or equivalent, though a degree in finance or business is frequently required.

- Professional certification such as a Certified Commercial Loan Processor (CCLP) designation.
