Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Seven or more years of experience in multi-unit operations management within the healthcare or veterinary sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial management and the interpretation of complex profit and loss reports.
- Proven track record of managing and developing diverse teams across multiple physical locations.
- Bachelor degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting operational data to executive stakeholders and clinical staff.
