Qualifications
- A bachelor degree in finance, real estate, economics, or a closely related business field is mandatory.
- Minimum of three to five years of experience in real estate private equity or investment banking is required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in financial modeling and interpreting internal rate of return (IRR) calculations.
- Exceptional written communication skills for crafting formal investor letters and white papers.
- Experience utilizing investor relations management software or complex CRM systems.
- Deep understanding of real estate investment structures including joint ventures and tiered waterfalls.
