Overview

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning and design of multi-year development programs across various international regions.
• Manage multimillion-dollar budgets and ensure strict compliance with international donor regulations and reporting requirements.
• Supervise a multidisciplinary team of project managers, technical experts, and administrative staff across global offices.

• Oversee the development and execution of monitoring, evaluation, and learning frameworks to measure program impact.

Qualifications

• A minimum of ten years of experience in international development or humanitarian aid management.
• An advanced degree in international relations, public policy, non-profit management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale grants from major donors like USAID, the EU, or United Nations agencies.
• Fluency in English and professional proficiency in at least one other language relevant to the organization's regional focus.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial management and the oversight of complex organizational budgets.
• Advanced skills in cross-cultural leadership and managing remote, diverse teams across multiple time zones.
