- Coordinate with supply chain teams to source raw materials and sustainable packaging.

- Monitor post-launch performance and identify opportunities for product improvements or line extensions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Food Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- At least five years of experience in product management or development within the CPG industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies and Stage-Gate processes.
- Strong understanding of FDA and USDA regulatory requirements for food labeling and safety.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and P&L management for physical goods.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across technical and commercial departments.
