Qualifications
- A bachelor degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Extensive experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement frameworks and methodologies.
- Proven proficiency in using business process mapping software such as Visio, Lucidchart, or Signavio.
- Strong analytical background with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale organizational change or project management initiatives.
- Advanced communication skills necessary for delivering technical findings to non-technical business leaders.
