Responsibilities

- Model specific parenting techniques such as the IDEAL Response to help caregivers manage escalating behaviors.
- Facilitate weekly coaching sessions to review progress and adjust strategies based on real-world application.
- Educate families on the impact of early childhood trauma on brain development and sensory systems.
- Collaborate with mental health professionals and educators to ensure consistency across the child's environment.
- Maintain detailed documentation of family progress and behavioral data for therapeutic review.
Qualifications
- Completion of the official TBRI Practitioner Training through the Karyn Purvis Institute of Child Development.
- A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a closely related human services field.
- Demonstrated experience working with children who have experienced complex developmental trauma.
- Current state licensure in a relevant clinical or social service discipline.
- Proficiency in trauma-informed care principles and attachment theory.
- Proven ability to coach adults and facilitate behavioral change in high-stress environments.
Nice to have
- Advanced certification in Trust-Based Relational Intervention as an Educator or Mentor.
- Experience in private practice management or as an independent consultant.
