- Prepare portfolio companies for exit by optimizing the balance sheet and ensuring operational scalability.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in senior operational roles such as CEO, COO, or Divisional President.
- Significant tenure within top-tier management consulting firms specializing in operational improvement.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable P&L improvements in mid-to-large scale enterprises.
- Deep financial literacy and the ability to interpret complex financial models and statements.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience managing large-scale organizational change and digital transformation projects.
