- Identify and recruit high-performing executive talent for key leadership positions within the portfolio.
- Monitor weekly and monthly financial performance to identify variances from the original investment thesis.
- Lead cross-portfolio procurement and supply chain initiatives to leverage economies of scale.
- Prepare comprehensive operational reports and exit readiness assessments for the fund's general partners.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 15 years of leadership experience in industrial operations or management consulting.
- Demonstrated track record of improving EBITDA through operational turnaround or business transformation.
- Advanced degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
- Deep technical expertise in lean six sigma, supply chain management, or industrial automation.
- Extensive experience in financial modeling and the interpretation of complex financial statements.
- Strong communication skills required to manage relationships with both blue-collar workers and investment committees.
