Overview

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute 100-day transformation plans for newly acquired healthcare organizations.
• Monitor key performance indicators across the portfolio to ensure clinical and financial targets are met.
• Mentor and evaluate the performance of C-suite executives within assigned portfolio companies.
• Identify and execute operational cost-saving initiatives such as centralized procurement or revenue cycle management optimization.
• Lead the integration process for bolt-on acquisitions to expand the platform's geographic or service footprint.
• Collaborate with the investment team during due diligence to assess the operational viability of potential targets.
• Prepare portfolio companies for exit by maximizing operational efficiency and demonstrating sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in senior executive leadership roles within the healthcare or life sciences industry.
• Proven track record of driving operational improvements and financial growth in complex organizational settings.
• Deep expertise in healthcare-specific regulatory environments, such as HIPAA compliance and CMS reimbursement.
• Advanced degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related clinical field.
• Exceptional financial literacy and the ability to interpret complex financial statements and modeling.
• Strong interpersonal skills required to manage relationships between investors and company management.
