- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to communicate market requirements and influence the software development roadmap.
- Respond to technical inquiries within Requests for Proposals and Requests for Information documents.
- Provide technical transition documentation to implementation teams to ensure post-sale project success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in a scientific discipline, computer science, or a related technical field.
- Extensive experience working with Laboratory Information Management Systems or Electronic Lab Notebooks.
- Proven track record in a technical sales or client-facing consulting role within the life sciences industry.
- Deep understanding of laboratory workflows and the regulatory requirements governing scientific data.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, web services, and cloud computing environments like AWS or Azure.
