Responsibilities

- Collaborate with executive leadership to integrate patient experience goals into the institutional strategic plan.
- Lead the Patient and Family Advisory Council to incorporate community feedback into hospital policy.
- Design service recovery protocols to address and resolve patient grievances effectively.
- Monitor compliance with federal and state regulations regarding patient rights and quality of care.
- Audit physical environment and digital interfaces to ensure accessibility and comfort for all patients.
Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or Business Administration is typically required.
- Minimum of seven years of leadership experience within a clinical or hospital environment.
- Proven proficiency in analyzing patient satisfaction metrics and performance improvement methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex organizational change initiatives.
- Deep understanding of healthcare regulatory standards including HIPAA and CMS requirements.
Nice to have
- Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP) designation from the Patient Experience Institute.
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement certifications.
- Clinical background as a Registered Nurse or Allied Health professional.
