- Provide technical expertise during intellectual property litigation or inter-partes reviews.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and active state bar membership.
- Bachelor of Science or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Robotics.
- Registration as a patent attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
- Demonstrated experience in technical writing and legal drafting for software-based inventions.
- Strong understanding of the specific legal hurdles related to AI patentability and 35 U.S.C. 101.
