Responsibilities

- Structure and negotiate equity investment terms including valuation, governance rights, and liquidation preferences.
- Serve on the boards of directors for portfolio companies to provide strategic guidance on scaling and professionalization.
- Manage relationships with limited partners to report on fund performance and support capital raising efforts.
- Develop exit strategies for portfolio investments through initial public offerings or strategic acquisitions.
- Mentor and supervise junior investment staff including associates and vice presidents within the fund.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in investment banking, private equity, or venture capital with a track record of successful transactions.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and complex capital structures.
- Deep understanding of corporate law as it pertains to equity investments and governance.
- Proven ability to influence executive leadership teams and navigate boardroom dynamics.
- Strong undergraduate degree in finance, economics, or a related quantitative field from a top-tier institution.
