Qualifications
- A minimum of seven to ten years of professional experience leading multi-day wilderness expeditions.
- Current certification as a Wilderness Emergency Medical Technician (WEMT) or Wilderness First Responder (WFR).
- Proven expertise in technical skills such as mountaineering, swiftwater rescue, or advanced navigation.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and large-scale logistical coordination for remote operations.
- Valid passport and any necessary international guide licenses required for specific geographical regions.

- A Master’s degree in Outdoor Education, Environmental Science, or Recreation Management.
- Fluency in multiple languages to facilitate communication with international partners and local staff.
