Responsibilities

- Redesign internal workflows and organizational structures to increase output and reduce overhead costs.
- Monitor key performance indicators to track the progress of turnaround initiatives against established benchmarks.
- Communicate restructuring progress and financial forecasts to boards of directors and investors.
- Manage the transition of leadership and operational ownership back to permanent management teams.
Qualifications
- A minimum of ten years of experience in operations management or corporate restructuring.
- An advanced degree in business administration, finance, or a related quantitative field.
- Demonstrated expertise in Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and the use of enterprise resource planning software.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale organizational change or corporate pivots.
- Strong command of crisis management techniques and conflict resolution strategies.
