Responsibilities

- Develop technical standards and security policies specifically tailored to industrial production requirements.
- Conduct site-specific threat modeling and risk assessments for physical infrastructure and remote operations.
- Lead the integration of security monitoring tools into OT environments without disrupting sensitive industrial processes.
- Review and approve the security specifications for new industrial equipment and vendor partnerships.
- Collaborate with incident response teams to create recovery playbooks for cyber-physical attack scenarios.
Qualifications
- A minimum of seven years of experience in cybersecurity with at least three years focused on industrial control systems.
- Deep technical knowledge of the Purdue Model for industrial control system security architecture.
- Proficiency in industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, DNP3, and Profinet.
- Advanced certification in security architecture such as CISSP-ISSAP or GICSP.
- Demonstrated experience with international security standards including IEC 62443 and NIST SP 800-82.
Nice to have
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Computer Science.
- Experience with specific industrial vendors such as Siemens, Rockwell Automation, or Honeywell.
- Active security clearance for work on regulated national critical infrastructure projects.
