Responsibilities

Qualifications
- A Bachelor degree in social work, public administration, or a related human services field is mandatory.
- Minimum of five to seven years of experience in program management within the nonprofit sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in grant management and budget oversight for multi-funded programs.
- Strong proficiency in data collection and impact measurement methodologies.
- Experience in personnel management and leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
- In-depth knowledge of social service systems and public policy relevant to vulnerable populations.
Nice to have
- A Master of Social Work (MSW) or Master of Public Administration (MPA) is highly preferred.
- LMSW or LCSW licensure can be advantageous for overseeing clinical-facing programs.
- Proven track record of securing significant funding through grant writing or donor cultivation.
