Qualifications
- Seven or more years of experience in IT management or technology leadership roles.

- Deep understanding of data security standards and regulatory compliance relevant to the non-profit sector.
- Expertise in managing Constituent Relationship Management platforms and integrated fundraising tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in budget development and vendor contract negotiation.
