Qualifications
- A Master degree in Non-Profit Management, Social Work, or a related field.
- Minimum of seven years of experience in a senior leadership position within the disability services sector.
- Proven track record of managing an annual operating budget of at least one million dollars.
- Deep knowledge of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act and relevant state compliance standards.
- Extensive experience in board governance and donor relationship management.
