Qualifications
- At least ten years of experience in emergency management or non-profit executive leadership.
- Master's degree in public administration, disaster management, or a related field of social science.
- Deep understanding of the Incident Command System and National Incident Management System frameworks.
- Proven history of managing large-scale logistics and multi-site organizational operations.
- Demonstrated ability to align operational goals with specific faith-based missions and theological values.
- Excellent public speaking and crisis communication skills for media and donor engagement.

- Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) credential from the International Association of Emergency Managers.
