Responsibilities

- Monitor and report on the achievement of cost and revenue synergies to executive leadership.

- Identify and mitigate operational risks that could disrupt business continuity during the migration of systems.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the integration process against predefined key performance indicators.
Qualifications
- A minimum of eight to ten years of experience in corporate development, management consulting, or project management.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale organizational change initiatives or previous M&A cycles.
- Advanced financial literacy including the ability to interpret balance sheets and synergy models.
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies and enterprise resource planning software.
- A bachelor degree in business, finance, or a related field from an accredited institution.
