Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in marine transportation, logistics, business management, or a related maritime field.
- Extensive experience in terminal operations or maritime logistics, typically spanning five to ten years.
- Possession of a valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) for access to secure port areas.
- Comprehensive knowledge of international maritime regulations and local port authority ordinances.
- Proficiency in Terminal Operating Systems (TOS) and logistical planning software.
- Demonstrated experience in managing labor relations and supervising large, diverse industrial teams.
