Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
- Proven experience in production management or manufacturing engineering within a factory setting.
- Deep technical knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong project management skills evidenced by a track record of delivering industrial upgrades.
