Responsibilities
- Define the long-term strategic vision and operational objectives for the accelerator program.

- Manage the annual budget and resource allocation to ensure program sustainability and impact.
- Build and maintain a diverse network of mentors, industry experts, and venture capital partners.
- Advise startup founders on product-market fit, fundraising strategies, and impact measurement.
- Represent the organization at global conferences and industry events to enhance brand visibility.
- Report on portfolio performance and social impact metrics to boards of directors and limited partners.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in startup leadership, venture capital, or social impact consulting.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex programs or organizational departments.
- Deep understanding of social impact frameworks such as the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
- Strong financial literacy and experience managing multi-million dollar budgets.
- Proven ability to secure funding or investment from institutional or private sources.
- Advanced communication skills for high-level stakeholder management and public speaking.
