Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive value creation plans for newly acquired portfolio companies.

- Monitor financial performance and key performance indicators to ensure alignment with the exit strategy.
- Serve as an interim executive or board member for portfolio companies during critical transition periods.
- Collaborate with investment partners during the due diligence phase to assess potential operational upside.
- Facilitate the knowledge transfer of successful business models and technologies between different holdings.
Qualifications
- Minimum of fifteen years of experience in management consulting or senior executive leadership roles.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable operational improvements and revenue growth.
- Deep financial literacy including mastery of profit and loss statements and balance sheet optimization.
- Extensive experience in change management and leading large-scale organizational transformations.
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong proficiency in strategic planning and the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable plans.
