Responsibilities

- Collaborate with legal and compliance departments to ensure the platform meets SEC and FINRA requirements.
- Direct the selection and implementation of new technologies to enhance the advisor experience.
Qualifications
- A minimum of ten years of experience in financial services operations or wealth management technology.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale back-office or middle-office functions in a TAMP environment.
- Deep technical knowledge of portfolio accounting systems and trade execution platforms.
- Advanced understanding of the regulatory landscape governing registered investment advisors.
- Bachelor degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams across technology and operations.
