Overview

Responsibilities

• Direct the development of long-term strategic plans for international nonprofits and ESG-focused corporate divisions.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with C-suite executives and board members to ensure alignment on sustainability goals.
• Oversee the delivery of large-scale consulting engagements, ensuring they meet rigorous quality and impact standards.
• Lead business development efforts to secure new contracts and expand the practice area's market share.
• Mentor senior consultants and managers to build internal expertise in social impact and governance metrics.
• Analyze emerging ESG regulations and nonprofit trends to provide proactive thought leadership to the industry.
• Monitor practice profitability and resource allocation to maintain the financial health of the consulting unit.

Qualifications

• An advanced degree such as an MBA or a Master’s in Public Policy or Environmental Science is typically required.
• Extensive professional experience in management consulting at a senior level is mandatory.
• Deep subject matter expertise in ESG reporting frameworks such as GRI, SASB, or TCFD is essential.
• Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar client portfolios and complex stakeholder groups.
• Exceptional analytical skills focused on both financial modeling and social impact assessment.
• Significant leadership experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
