Overview

Responsibilities

• Direct the delivery of multiple complex consulting engagements simultaneously across different client accounts.
• Translate high-level strategic objectives into detailed project plans and actionable workstreams for junior consultants.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews with senior client stakeholders to identify core business pain points.
• Synthesize quantitative and qualitative research into comprehensive reports and executive-level presentations.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure profitable and timely delivery.
• Mentor and develop junior staff members through continuous feedback and formal performance evaluations.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and the expansion of existing client relationships.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field is a baseline requirement.
• Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in management consulting or a specialized corporate strategy role.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale projects and leading cross-functional teams.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, statistical analysis, and strategic framework application.
• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and executive-level communication.
