LEGO Serious Play Facilitator
Facilitates organizational development and strategic problem-solving using the LEGO Serious Play methodology.
Overview
This career centers on the application of constructivism and experiential learning to business environments. Facilitators guide participants through a series of timed challenges where physical models serve as metaphors for internal beliefs, team dynamics, or strategic risks. The daily rhythm involves deep preparation of workshop scripts, physical logistics of managing extensive kit inventories, and the high-energy delivery of sessions that require intense focus on group dynamics and psychological safety.
The role requires a high degree of emotional intelligence and the ability to manage diverse personality types within a single room. Successful practitioners often have backgrounds in organizational psychology or executive coaching, thriving on the transition from quiet analytical planning to the active, hands-on management of live collaborative sessions. The work is fundamentally about externalizing abstract thoughts into shared physical artifacts to resolve conflict and build collective vision.
