Responsibilities

- Collaborate with product development teams to voice client feedback and influence the technical roadmap.
- Develop customized training materials and documentation for diverse legal user groups.
- Monitor account health data to proactively intervene when client engagement or satisfaction declines.
- Coordinate with technical support teams to resolve complex platform issues affecting critical legal operations.
Qualifications
- A bachelor degree in law, business administration, or a related technology field is standard.
- Minimum of five years of experience in account management or professional services within the SaaS industry.
- Demonstrated knowledge of legal operations, including document management and electronic discovery processes.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and Customer Relationship Management software like Salesforce.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills suitable for a professional services environment.
