Overview

- Develop standardized work procedures to ensure consistency and quality across production shifts.
- Train plant personnel at all levels on lean tools such as 5S, Kanban, and Total Productive Maintenance.
- Present cost-benefit analyses to senior management to justify capital investments in new technologies.
- Audit implemented changes regularly to ensure sustained adherence to lean standards and performance gains.
Qualifications
- A bachelor degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing management, or a related technical field.
- Extensive professional experience in operational excellence or manufacturing plant management.
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent professional accreditation.
- Proven mastery of statistical process control and operational data analysis software.
- Expertise in change management methodologies and organizational behavior principles.
