- Design and maintain the hierarchy and taxonomy of the internal organizational knowledge base.
- Draft and refine standard operating procedures by synthesizing input from various department leads.
- Conduct regular audits of existing documentation to ensure compliance with current industry regulations and internal policies.
- Lead the implementation of knowledge management software and provide technical support to internal users.
- Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness and adoption rate of internal documentation.
- Facilitate workshops to identify operational bottlenecks and document their subsequent solutions.
- Review and approve all new content submitted to the centralized information repository.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Information Management, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Five or more years of experience in technical writing, process documentation, or operational management.
- Proven proficiency with knowledge management platforms such as Notion, Confluence, or Guru.
- Demonstrated ability to map complex business processes using visual tools like Lucidchart or Miro.
- Strong command of structural linguistics and instructional design principles.
Nice to have
- Certification in Knowledge Management (CKM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) status.
- Experience implementing AI-driven search or automated documentation tools.
- Background in Change Management to help drive organizational adoption of new processes.
