- Develop and execute the annual investor relations strategy to align with firm-wide capital raising goals.
- Draft and distribute quarterly performance reports, annual letters, and urgent market updates to all stakeholders.
- Coordinate investor meetings, site visits, and annual general meetings to showcase asset performance.
- Manage the investor portal and ensure all regulatory and compliance documentation is accurately maintained.
- Collaborate with the acquisitions and asset management teams to gather data for investment marketing materials.
- Respond to detailed due diligence questionnaires from prospective institutional partners during fundraising cycles.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide internal stakeholders with market intelligence.
Qualifications
- A bachelors degree in finance, real estate, economics, or a closely related business field.
- Minimum of seven to ten years of experience in real estate investment or corporate communications.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and commercial real estate valuation techniques.
- Exceptional written communication skills for drafting technical investment memorandums and reports.
- Strong understanding of SEC regulations and private placement memorandum requirements.
