Qualifications
- A minimum of five to seven years of experience in leveraged finance, investment banking, or private credit.
- Advanced proficiency in complex financial modeling and technical valuation techniques using spreadsheet software.
- In-depth understanding of credit documentation, including intercreditor agreements and security packages.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong track record of executing middle-market debt transactions from inception to closing.
