responsibilities
Monitor patient vital signs and levels of consciousness during procedures involving moderate sedation.

Administer medications, fluids, and blood products according to physician orders and established protocols.
Educate patients and their families regarding pre-procedure preparations and post-operative recovery requirements.
Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and anesthesia providers to ensure procedural safety and efficiency.
Document all clinical observations, procedural steps, and medication dosages in the electronic health record.
Circulate within the procedural suite to provide necessary supplies and support to the sterile team.
qualificationsRequired
Maintain an active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license within the practicing jurisdiction.
Obtain and maintain Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certifications.
