- Maintain the design library and material samples to ensure the team has access to current product information.
- Prepare and update client budget reports to reflect real-time spending and forecasted expenses.
- Facilitate communication between the design team, architects, and clients to ensure project milestones are met.
- Oversee the punch list process at project completion to ensure all deficiencies are resolved.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field from an accredited institution is standard.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp for reviewing technical drawings.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and procurement within a design or construction context.
- Deep knowledge of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) specifications and vendor sourcing.
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and ADA compliance standards.
Nice to have
- NCIDQ certification or professional membership in organizations like ASID or IIDA.
- Experience with specialized project management software such as Ivy or Studio Designer.
- LEED Green Associate or similar sustainability credentials.
