- Standardize customer service protocols and training materials for the integrated frontline workforce.
- Design and monitor key performance indicators to track customer retention rates during the transition period.
- Advise leadership on change management strategies to mitigate internal resistance among customer-facing departments.
- Conduct post-integration reviews to ensure service quality meets established benchmarks after the stabilization phase.
Qualifications
- A minimum of ten years experience in customer experience leadership or management consulting.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading large-scale organizational change management projects.
- Advanced proficiency in enterprise CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
- A Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams across different geographic locations and time zones.
