Qualifications
- A bachelor degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of seven years of experience in human resources management or management consulting is essential.
- Professional certification in HR such as SHRM-SCP or FCIPD is standard for this seniority level.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies like Agile or Prince2 is necessary.
- Proficiency in large-scale Human Capital Management platforms like Workday, Oracle, or SAP SuccessFactors is required.
