Qualifications
- At least ten years of experience in HR technology consulting or enterprise-level HR project management.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading full-lifecycle implementations of major cloud HCM platforms.
- A Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Deep functional knowledge of HR business processes including recruitment, benefits, and payroll.
- Proven experience managing multi-million dollar project budgets and diverse professional teams.
- Strong technical proficiency in data migration strategies and system integration protocols.
