Overview

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of all lodge departments including housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services.
• Maintain and audit sustainable infrastructure systems such as solar arrays, water filtration, and composting units.
• Manage vendor relationships and supply chain logistics for remote locations to ensure consistent inventory levels.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures that minimize environmental footprint without compromising guest luxury.
• Monitor financial performance through budget management, labor cost control, and revenue reporting.
• Coordinate guest transport and specialized excursion logistics in challenging or protected geographical terrains.
• Lead recruitment and training programs for local and international staff to ensure cultural and service alignment.

Qualifications

• A bachelor degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is typically required.
• Minimum of five years of management experience in high-end resort or hotel operations.
