Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate potential real estate acquisitions through broker networks and off-market leads.

- Lead the due diligence process including zoning reviews, environmental assessments, and structural inspections.
- Negotiate letters of intent and purchase and sale agreements with various stakeholders.
- Present investment memos and business cases to executive leadership or investment committees for approval.
- Coordinate with architects and construction managers to estimate renovation or build-out costs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor performance to inform long-term expansion strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of experience in real estate development or investment banking.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques using Excel.
- Strong understanding of commercial lease structures and real estate contract law.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully closing multi-million dollar business or property deals.
