Qualifications
- A Master of Arts or Master of Science in Conservation from an accredited graduate program is standard.
- Proficiency in organic and inorganic chemistry is necessary for understanding material degradation.
- Demonstrated fine arts ability in drawing, painting, or sculpting is required for aesthetic restoration.
- Extensive portfolio of supervised pre-program internship hours in a professional conservation lab.
